Chris Jackson Associate

Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University (Cum Laude) where he also earned a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry. Chris' graduate work involved directed lithiation and substitution of organic halides. Chris received his Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School (Magna Cum Laude) where he was Research Editor and a member of the Executive Board of the Law Review. Chris is admitted to practice law in Ohio, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Chris is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Chris worked for Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati as a medicinal chemist in pharmaceutical discovery, specifically in the areas of anti-infectives and cardiac health.

Chris is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications involving chemistry, biotechnology, and the mechanical arts.

Chris is the named inventor of U.S. Patent 7,504,517 and 4 currently pending applications.
